Service Description

Our ministry program is a service opportunity designed to provide an environment for children in crisis situations to experience the . Horses provide an opportunity to mentor the child in a way that best suits the child's needs. Some children need time to shift their focus on something other than themselves and focusing on the horse and the horse's needs provides a welcome distraction. Other children can relate to how the horse is feeling which provides an avenue to share their feelings and responses in an indirect way. Our equine mentoring program gives us an avenue to share the love of Christ with children in need.
